Our Business Hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:30 am EST to 5:00 pm EST. CLOSED on Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays

8.  Can I order from outside of the United States?

We do ship outside of the United States to most countries. At this time if orders paid through PaPal we can only ship to PayPal verified address. For your protection, we will not ship merchandise if we are unable to verify your billing address.
If you do not and cannot have a PayPal account we can still ship your order providing that you paid by Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer.
Orders outside of the United States usually shipped by USPS and take between 6-10 business days for delivery.

11. How do I pay for my order?

International Orders: We only accept Bank Wire Transfer and Western Union Payments. No exceptions.

12.  What if I need my ring to be sized?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not resize any jewelry purchased through our website. We only sell standard ring sizes. Check each product page for the size range available.


13.  What service do you use to ship your Product?

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our product. Items are shipped with Priority, Delivery and Signature confirmation option depending on a value of a product

14. Can I obtain a shipping quote?

Order Value: $1.00-$100.00      $5.95 shipping
Order Value: $101.00-$500.00    $7.95 shipping

All orders over $500.00 are shipped for FREE!

All International destination orders are charged flat fee of $25 Shipping and Handling Fee.

 

 

15. How do I track the location of my package?

Customers can request their tracking number from Rosdebor.comby calling our customer service center at 1-800-386-1431
Tracking information for an order shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) will appear in their system but it is not available for tracking up until it is delivered.


16. Can I return the product I do not like?

We value our customers! If you are not happy for any reason, please feel free to return the item! Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item to let us know that you will be returning it. Please note that there will be a 12.5% restocking fee. All items must be sent back insured with signature request.

18. What determines the price of a diamond? 

A diamond's value is determined by its cut, clarity, color, and carat weight.

19.  What is the difference between karat weights of gold?

24K gold is 100% pure gold and is too soft for jewelry. Therefore, it is mixed with different alloys to increase durability and hardness. 18K gold is 75% pure gold and 25% alloys. Each karat is equal to roughly 4.17% of the total of the alloy.

20.  What is your policy regarding clearance items?

Iems sold within the Clearance section are sold "as-is" with no warranties, expressed or implied. If an item is certified by an independent laboratory, the certification card will be included, only if available. Rosdebor.com cannot guarantee this availability.
If, for any reason, upon receipt you are not pleased with your purchase, please feel free to return the item(s) based on our Satisfaction Guarantee.
